• Cloud storage - For profile pictures (secure buckets)
• HTTPS/SSL - All data transmission is encrypted

We never sell your data to third parties. No cap. Your messages are only used to provide the AI service.

• User Messages: Everything you type to the AI
• AI Responses: All recommendations and replies from our AI
• Chat History: Complete conversation threads
• Profile Data: Name, email, avatar URL, plan type
• Payment Info: Processed by PayPal (we don't store card details)

5. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

As a user in Greece/EU, you have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of all your data
• Delete - Request complete account deletion (we'll ban and delete within 30 days)
• Modify - Update your email, password, or profile info
• Export - Download your chat history (Pro users)
• Object - Opt-out of non-essential data processing

6. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you:

• Delete your account: All data removed within 30 days
• Are banned: Data retained for 90 days then deleted
• Cancel subscription: Free plan data kept, chat history archived after 6 months

7. Third-Party Services

We use these services to operate:

• Supabase - Database & authentication
• PayPal - Payment processing
• OpenAI/NVIDIA - AI model processing (messages sent for AI responses)

8. Children's Privacy

SmartBuyer is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent and believe your child provided data, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Minor changes will be posted here with an updated date.
