By accessing or using SmartBuyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. No cap.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

3. Our Rights & User Management

SmartBuyer reserves the right to:

• Suspend or ban users who violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Delete user accounts that are inactive for extended periods or violate our policies
• Modify user data including email addresses and reset passwords when necessary for security or technical reasons
• Terminate service to any user at our sole discretion with or without notice

4. Data We Store

By using our service, you acknowledge that we store:

• Your email address and profile information (name, avatar)
• Your chat messages and conversations with the AI
• AI-generated responses and recommendations
• Your subscription plan and usage statistics
• Cookies to maintain your session and preferences

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SmartBuyer to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our service
• Use automated bots or scrapers without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Payments & Subscriptions

We offer three plans:

• Free: 3 messages (no payment required)
• Starter: $4.99/month - 50 messages
• Pro: $12.99/month - 200 messages + family sharing

Payments are processed via PayPal. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartBuyer provides AI recommendations for informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. We do not guarantee savings or specific outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chalkis, Greece.
